These forms are available from the Secretary or AON or by using the forms on the Application and Claim Form page on this site. The membership applications are initially considered by the Membership Committee and later ratified by the LPMS Executive Committee. In considering membership applications, the Membership Committee make an assessment as to whether the applicant firm is likely to have excessive claims which might impact on LPMS funds. Occasionally the Membership Committee may arrange to interview the applicant and may circulate notice of a membership application to an existing member or members seeking comment as to the applicant's suitability for membership. Comment received is treated in strict confidence. |
