Testimonials

Please read below testimonials of how LPMS worked for our members.

Our firm has been a member of LPMS for over 25 years and we have greatly appreciated the benefits of belonging to the organisation.  In the last 10 turbulent years, LPMS has been able to provide strong leadership and services while continuing to provide insurance on a sound basis.

The benefits of retaining a long standing association are not only the resulting discounts on premiums but the development of business and personal relationships with the organisation’s management and membership; the ability to consult directly with the management team on individual matters; the regular newsletters and information that is dispensed; and the provision of seminars for business development.  These benefits are provided without additional costs or increases in premiums.

The immediate assistance and advice on dealing with potential and actual claims has greatly assisted us at those stressful times.  The management team is very aware of the stresses and problems facing the industry as they are themselves practicing professionals.

I do not have any hesitation in continuing to be part of LPMS and recommending the organisation as an insurer.  The organisation’s proven track record and the strong management team will ensure its continued success well into the future.

LPMS Member

Our company has been a member of LPMS for over 20 years.  Being a Mutual Society, LPMS exists for the benefit of its members which for our company, has been proven to be the case on one occasion.

Two years ago we had a dispute with a client that needed to be dealt with promptly. We were able to call an executive member for advice on how to deal with the situation. Soon after, the matter was dealt with before it escalated into a more serious issue.

The particular benefit to us is the ability to ring a member of the executive and have a confidential chat about an issue that may be concerning us. The executive are in practice, just the same as we are, and this means that they immediately come to grips with the issue at hand and are able to provide us with prompt and timely advice on how to mitigate or manage potential risk.  This advice would not be forthcoming had we chosen to place our risk management with a conventional market provider.

We also acknowledge the benefit of the educational programmes that the society undertakes.  This is of particular benefit to younger members of staff and principals alike.  We feel that the executive is very innovative in its approach to risk management and the recent provision of Section 52 cover is a very good example of the executive identifying new risks and providing a product to cover that risk.  We have great confidence that this active management of risk will continue into the future.

Our perception is that the insurance products that LPMS is able to offer through Aon Risk Services is second to none.
